UC School of Law Dean Al-Shwaid de Leon Ismael attended the forum on Entry Limiting Agreements held last September 4, 2019, at the Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) office in Quezon City, Philippines.

The forum was organized by the PCC, which is a newly-constituted quasi-judicial body mandated to implement the national competition policy and enforce the Philippine Competition Act.
