The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), in partnership with the University of Cebu (UC) School of Law and its Center for Legal Education, Advocacy, and Research, and Oceana Philippines, conducted the International Environmental Law Conference and the UC-KAS International Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in Cebu City on September 24-26, 2019 at the UC Banilad Campus, Cebu City.

With moot problem revolving on “ocean conservation, plastic pollution and incineration, and State responsibility”, several mooting teams from various law schools in the Philippines participated in the Moot Court Competition.
