The UC School of Law signed a Cooperation Agreement with the University of Baltimore (UB) School of Law on October 28, 2019 in Baltimore, Maryland, USA. University of Cebu was represented by UC Law Dean Al-Shwaid de Leon Ismael, while University of Baltimore was represented by UB President Kurt L. Schmoke, School of Law Dean Ronald Weich, and School of Law Director of Center for International and Comparative Law Mortimer Sellers.

The partnership covers student and faculty exchange programs, graduate legal studies opportunities for UC Law faculty and alumni, and research collaboration.
