The UC School of Law, through its UC Legal Aid Office (UCLAO), launched its Paralegal Training Program (PTP) last February 27, 2020. The PTP is a 5-week training program organized in partnership with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Cebu Chapter, StreetLawPh, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) Mandaue City, and Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPRDC).

The participants of the PTP are inmates identified by the jail wardens of both BJMP Mandaue and CPDRC.
