UC School of Law holds its first Virtual Graduation on June 9, 2020. UC School of Law is the first law school in the Philippines to conduct a virtual gradution. Thirty-five (35) graduates of Juris Doctor degree have been conferred during the ceremony. The keynote speaker of the event is Dean Marisol DL. Anenias of the Unibersidad de Manila. During the ceremony, Dean Anenias, President of the Philippine Association of Law Schools, also reminded the aspiring lawyers that:

“When you are in any contest, you should work like there is always to the very last minute a chance to lose it. Preparation is key… As you don your hoods, receive your diplomas, and are conferred your degrees, you are also given the blessing of preparedness by your school that attests that your arsenal is complete, well, after the bar exams, to face the VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous) world. That preparation provided you with the ingredient to be … all these things that an attorney should be.”
