Grace Under Pressure

The UC School of Law administrative support team held its annual Staff Development Training yesterday. This year’s training focused on stress and stress reduction techniques. 

As UC Law’s frontliners, it is important that the members of the administrative support team possess the basic skills needed to address the unique concerns of the faculty and students and maintain good customer experience in the delivery of the law school’s support services under the new normal.

The team invited Dr. Glenn Glarino, incoming Dean of USC College of Arts and Sciences, as their resource speaker.
