The second semester is off to a great start at UC Law!
The UC School of Law kicked off the Second Semester of School Year 2020-2021 with a series of activities – Faculty Meeting and Deliberation for Graduating Students, New Students Orientation, Stress Management Session, and Town Hall Meeting with the Dean. The said activities all took place virtually yesterday, January 16, 2021.
As earlier announced, UC Law will continue to adopt Flexible learning in the Second Semester. Under the flexible learning arrangement, online learning and traditional place-based classroom methods are combined and professors and students are given the option of attending classes remotely given the COVID19-related health and safety risks. In carrying out the flexible learning program, UC Law primarily uses Schoology as its learning management system.
At UC Law, we develop measures that enable us to adapt to change in a time of crisis. We adapt to a changing world.
As Peter Drucker once famously said, “The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
Happy new semester to our students, professors, and staff!
