The University of Cebu School of Law (UC Law) recently inked a partnership with the Philippine Earth Justice Center, Inc. (PEJC) for the establishment of environmental law clinics starting School Year 2021-2022. This project on Mainstreaming Environmental Justice Through Green Legal Clinics is a two-year partnership with PEJC in order to strengthen the capacity of the UC Law Legal Aid Office to address concerns relating to environmental law. With the creation of a specialized environmental law clinic, lawyers and law students will be able to address different environmental legal issues from the communities in Cebu. 

At UC Law, we take part in our collective social and moral  responsibility to protect the Earth by being its stewards and upholding the environmental rule of law in protecting the LAW of life – the Land, Air, and Water. 

At UC Law, we are not only ‘yellow and blue’ but we take great care of our ‘green’ too.
