UC Law team wins in international moot court competition world finals

UC School of Law’s Stetson Mooting Team emerged as Champion, and 3L student Golda Marie Lim won the Best Oralist award, in the 26th Annual Stetson International Environmental Moot Court Competition International Finals which culminated today in Gulfport, Florida, USA.

Stetson is the world’s largest moot court competition devoted exclusively to global environmental challenges.

Congratulations to the team: oralists Golda Marie Lim (3L) and Michaela Portarcos (2L); researcher and team manager Kathleen Marie Omana; coaches Atty. Lievj Raoni Alimangohan (head coach) and Atty. Kristine Joy Argallon (assistant coach); adviser Atty. Rose Liza Eisma-Osorio; and alumni mentors.
