University of Cebu President, Atty. Augusto W. Go, awarded the prize car to Sandra Jane Soon, UC School of Law’s graduate who obtained an Excellent Performance rating (with a general weighted average of above 90%) in the 2020/2021 Bar Examinations, in a recognition ceremony held yesterday at the UC Banilad Campus. Soon is the sixth Bar exam placer produced by UC Law since its pioneer graduates took the Bar exams in 2006.

Atty. Go also awarded certificates of recognition to the eleven UC Law graduates who obtained an Exemplary Performance rating (with a general weighted average of 85% to 90%) in the same Bar Examinations, as well as to the members of the UC Stetson Mooting Team who emerged as champion in the world finals of the 26th Stetson Environmental Moot Court Competition last month in Florida, U.S.A.

Present during the ceremony were UC President Atty. Go, UC School of Law Dean Al-Shwaid Ismael, UC Director for Finance and Legal Atty. Ria Lidia Espina, members of the Law Faculty, the awardees, SOL staff, and media.
